Slimming (CHEWS)

CHEWS = Controlled Healthy Eating With Support

Activity:
Similarly minded people, getting together to control or reduce their weight with encouragement and support, using their own preferred eating programme.  Includes weight and progress checks, tips, motivation and discussion of problems and ideas.

Where:
Third Friday - various members' homes (SEE NEXT PAGE)

Other Fridays - weekly weigh-in at Pamela's (October), then moves to Ruth's from November; 9.00 - 9.30 am

When:
Main meeting on the third Friday of each month at 9.15 am (drop in/drop out until 10.15 am latest)
