Strength & conditioning for Seniors

What:

Exercises (seated if you wish) for developing and maintaining mobility, balance and confidence, plus some use of gym equipment to suit indivdual needs.

Where:

Mountain High Fitness Studio, Central Street, Countesthorpe (between the car park and the health centre)

When:  

Every Wednesday, commencing 4 September 2024, 10-11 am

Other Information:

Professional Instructor.  £5 per session (may vary)
